Refunds And Returns

Full price items can be returned for a Store Credit or Exchange within 30 days of purchase.

The item/s must be received in original condition - unworn, tags still attached and unwashed. Returns that are not in their original condition and are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.  Milou Dress House staff reserve the right to reject a return if it is concluded that it is not in original condition. If you damage an item and after wearing it i.e. a button falls of or the zip breaks due to wear and tear we will not accept it back for an exchange.

Please note that sale items and accessories cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Store Credit

The customer will be issued with a store credit for returned items. This will allow you the revisit the site to purchase a different item. Any return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the items.  You will receive an email detailing the store credit and how it can be used. It can only be used online and not instore.

Faulty Items 

All items are inspected thoroughly before shipping to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
